Jumbo’s facility department is part of the Purchasing and Subcontracting department. As a replacement, Jumbo is hiring a for the role of Facility Coordinator (0,6 FTE / 22,5 hours per week).

WHAT WILL
YOU BE DOING

In the role of Facility Coordinator, you will be leading the team of 2 receptionists and a warden. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating with the external parties who are responsible for catering, cleaning and security.

As a Facility Coordinator your main responsibilities are:

  • Maintain the office environment, workplaces, office set-up;
  • Maintain contact with the lessor;
  • Manage the facility team; 2 receptionists and 1 warden;
  • Manage the catering, cleaning, reception and security services;
  • Manage and control facility purchases;
  • Manage and control relative budgets;
  • Manage suppliers;
  • Coordinate facility projects;
  • Coordinate Emergency Response Team;
  • Organize internal and external events in the Jumbo office.

WHO ARE
YOU?

  • MBO+ or Bachelor (i.e. Facility management or equivalent);
  • 5+ years of experience in marine industry in a similar job; would be an advantage;
  • Excellent skills in communication, both verbally and in writing;
  • Knowledge and experience with budget management;
  • Experienced in successfully leading a team;
  • Experienced and skilled in planning and organizing;
  • Fully conversant in English (verbally and in writing).
